Knee cartilage surgery successful

Taylor (knee) has undergone a successful knee cartilage procedure following the conclusion of the 2025/26 season and will now recuperate over the summer, the club announced.

Analysis: Taylor made 39 appearances across the Championship campaign, contributing two goals and four assists in a season where he played an important rotational role in Ipswich's second-place promotion finish. The procedure will sideline him during the summer but the club is confident he will be ready to contribute when Ipswich return to the Premier League next season.
