Analysis: Against all odds, Rayners kept his place in the XI for this match while Burnley's Lyle Foster moved to the bench. However, Rayners was unable to make a big impact offensively and didn't even have a shot on target. After back-to-back lackluster displays, don't be surprised if Rayners isn't in the XI when South Africa take on South Korea on June 24.

Analysis: Rayners was expected to operate as the support striker alongside Lyle Foster, but his impact in more than 75 minutes was minimal. Not only was he unable to take a shot on target, but he also failed to establish any kind of rapport with the Burnley striker and looked outmatched against Mexico's defensive line. It remains to be seen if Rayners will be in the starting lineup against the Czech Republic on June 18, but even if he does, he's not a player worth targeting in most fantasy formats.
